SHIPMENT & FEES

Shipment is Free and there are no additional Import Fees to pay upon delivery. 
Prices online are ALL-INCLUSIVE, which means they include shipping, duty and import fees.

Eventual additional local taxes not related to Customs import are not included and are the Client’s responsibility.
ALWAYS-HAPPY-SHOPPING.COM  does not have offices in the U.S.A. and can neither collect nor pay Use Tax or Sales Tax on the Client’s behalf. U.S.A. State Authorities may require American citizens to pay these taxes for online purchases at the end of the fiscal year.
ALWAYS-HAPPY-SHOPPING.COM  cannot be held responsible for these taxes under any circumstances.

ALWAYS-HAPPY-SHOPPING.COM  ships worldwide using UPS, DHL or FEDEX, but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

Importer Requirements

ALWAYS-HAPPY-SHOPPING.COM does not have a branch in the U.S.A. to import orders, therefore the Client is considered the final importer. Private U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens residing in the U.S.A., who import Internet goods from abroad, are required to have a Social Security Number or a Tax ID Number and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker.

Non-U.S. citizens/residents who DO NOT have a Social Security Number can provide an assigned Importer Number from the CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection). The process to obtain a CBP assigned Import Number generally takes 10 business days.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the ALWAYS-HAPPY-SHOPPING.COM  commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final on all items. Unfortunately we do not take returns or exchanges. 


Refunds & Replacements (if applicable):

We do not offer any refunds for broken items or lost packages. Replacements are only available on damaged goods upon arrival or missing orders/lost packages (tracking number must show so). Customer must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item with photo evidence of damaged or missing goods.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds for qualifying products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to post in your bank account, but may vary from bank to bank. Please contact your bank to learn more about their processing times. 

Item Switches

Please ensure all orders on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order. If you do contact us within 2 business days of your order to switch an item, we can most likely make a switch.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.

Public/Shared Addresses

If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and ALWAYS-HAPPY-SHOPPING.COM will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.

If you have a question about receiving your tracking number, please be sure it has been 2-5 days after you've ordered as that is the general processing time. Please remember, shipping takes 2-4 weeks for most items!

If you have a question about switching items, PLEASE provide us with an order number and specific colors/descriptions of what you want your item to be switched to.
